Yoga

A beginner-friendly class blending different styles of yoga to help increase strength and fluidity of motion. You know what they say about range-of-motion (ROM)? If you don’t use it, you lose it! No flexibility needed to join or start; come as you are. Learn the fundamentals of yoga while improving posture, balance, strength, and breath awareness. The benefits last a lifetime. All levels welcome!

A moderately-paced yoga class incorporating the use of breath along with a multitude of asanas.

Mat Pilates

This Pilates mat class utilizes your own body weight to challenge your muscles using the Pilates method. In this class, you’ll improve muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, alignment through movement, all with attention to conscious breath and mindfulness of the movements. All levels are welcome.

UrbanHipHop

This dance class involves urban music and hip hop! It is a fusion of dance styles where you can have fun and get a sweat on!

Yoga30!

Take just 30 minutes to warm up or cool down from your gym workout, or simply get your stretch or calm on!

Cycle30

Experience the ultimate fusion of fitness and music in a 30-minute beginner cycling class, featuring hip hop hits that will keep you motivated through every pedal stroke. Let's ride together in this fun and energetic workout experience!

Cycle

A low-impact, moderate-intensity, indoor cycling experience that will build endurance, strength, and stamina! This class will incorporate climbs, endurance rides, intervals, and recovery. Improve your heart health while gaining endurance and strength! All levels welcome! Come early to reserve your bike.

Move Strong

Multimodal group class aimed towards increasing joint flexibility/range of motion, joint stability, neuromuscular control and strength of the entire body. Having the ability to control each part of the body in and through all positions is essential for everyday life and serves as a foundation for healthy, pain free movement. Being able to express movement in these positions while handling some form of load/stress is just as important. This class will help you develop these abilities by various forms of mobility and weight training. All levels are welcome to participate but prior experience in some form of strength training is advisable.

Beginner HipHop

Join this fun beginner class and learn the basics of dancing!

 

 

Intermediate HipHop

Join this fun and vibrant class where you can have fun and increase your skill level on dancing! This is an intermediate class but come through still and dance with us!

Yoga HIIT

Using Tabata principles, this class is a fusion of yoga postures and Tabata rounds. This class will have you feeling energized as well as help you gain mobility, strength, and endurance! Suitable for all levels.

Stretch & Sculpt

Yoga sculpt is a 50-minute class that combines hand weights and signature yoga poses. By mixing strength-training moves with weights in yoga, each pose will be intensified. Yoga sculpt has a strong focus on intensity, which will improve endurance.

Open Lift

Activate yourself outside! Make use of our outdoor training facility during these hours and come workout!

Meditation30

Meditation is an inward art of connecting to our innermost nature through the use of meditative techniques. These techniques involve relaxation and yoga sound vibrations. Through this meditation practice you will tap into your intuition (sometimes considered a Spirit guide or energy guide) that helps you navigate your inner self. You will experience relaxation within yourself as well as your body. No experience needed and all levels welcome!

Jumpstart30

Come join this fun mobility class! Where we will work with warming up the body and opening up your joints!

Yoga Level 2

A moderate to intense yoga class that combines advanced yoga poses to a vinyasa flow. In addition, deep breathing exercises are incorporated with relaxation in the end. This will get your blood pumping to work out the muscles and to break a sweat! Experience in yoga is recommended before attending but if you know the basics, feel free to join! Don’t feel intimidated, you’ll get a great workout and have your muscles working hard!
