The B.A. in Liberal Studies is an interdisciplinary degree designed for students whose interests require a broad-based liberal arts curriculum, especially those planning to become elementary school teachers. As a Liberal Studies major, the student will take courses in the Colleges of Arts & Letters, Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Natural Sciences. There are two tracks available: one for teaching candidates, and one for non-teaching candidates. Also there is one available for bilingual candidates.
