The National Student Exchange (NSE) program is an intra-United States college-level exchange program of 175 campuses in 49 states and three U.S. territories. National Student Exchange provides an opportunity for CSUSB students to study and visit another university and still retain their CSUSB status for up to one full year.   Students either pay their normal tuition and fees at the home campus or pay at the host campus while being treated as if they were residents of the state for tuition and fee paying purposes. NSE offers the opportunity to take courses not offered at CSUSB from a variety of professors, explore new areas of study, live in different regions, investigate graduate and professional schools, or look for future job opportunities.
