Need experience to give you that edge when you graduate?  From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business.  Enterprise is a $9 billion industry leader with more than 6,500 offices in the United States, Canada, Germany, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Our interns work out of one of our local offices where they acquire highly marketable skills and experience pertaining to every aspect of operating a business, such as marketing, problem-solving, inventory control, profit and loss analysis and even proven sales techniques.
And it's learning by doing, not by getting coffee or filing all day.  Our interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full time professionals.  It's a team-based environment where the Enterprise employees are supportive and fun to work with.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, personable, resourceful and hard working - and likes to have fun.  We are primarily looking for candidates who have completed their junior year and are interested in a management and sales environment.  Candidates should have strong multi-tasking skills and enjoy working as part of a team.  We require our interns to have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
Enterprise offers a full-time, paid internship program which includes eligibility for performance bonuses, incentives and employee referral awards.

The internship program offers you an advantage to our Management Training program.  Imagine this internship with in-depth leadership training, and you have our Enterprise management program.  Our internships are truly a fast track to a great management career with a multi-billion dollar industry leader.  Enterprise was recently named on of the "Top Entry-Level Employers" by CollegeGrad.com and "Top College Recruiter" by The Black Collegian magazine.
