Student Health Centers in the CSU are established and maintained to facilitate the retention of students matriculated in state-supported programs of the university and to enhance the academic performance of students through accessible and high quality medical care, public health prevention programs, and educational programs and services.
The R.D. and Joan Dale Hubbard Student Health Center is a state of the art facility, with up to date technology and equipment. The physical space includes a waiting room, clerical area, exam rooms, counseling office, lab and medical records area.
Some of the services you can receive are available through the Eisenhower Centers located in Cathedral City and La Quinta. The expense for visits
to the Eisenhower Medical Center is partially covered by your
student health fee if you have a referral from PDC. The
required co-pay is your individual responsibility.
Please remember that to receive services at one of the
Eisenhower Centers you will need to pick up a written referral
from Tamera Galvin before you go to the center. For an
appointment contact Tamera Galvin at (760) 341-2883 x78177 or tgalvin@csusb.edu.
